Terms of Service
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After two reschedulings, or for changes within 48 hours of the appointment, a rebooking fee will apply. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to the appointment. For cancellations within 7 days, deposits will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
2. Tattoo Policy
In compliance with Oregon state law, clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients with certain skin conditions or on specific medications must inform us before the tattoo appointment. Failure to disclose such information may result in refusal of service.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or forfeited appointments.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit their appointment. They may reschedule, subject to availability and rebooking fees, but we cannot start the session late.
5. Artwork Policy
Custom tattoo designs are presented on the day of the appointment. Minor adjustments can be made on the day, while significant changes may incur an additional drawing fee and could require rescheduling. Pre-tattoo artwork will not be distributed to prevent unauthorized use.
6. Pricing
Pricing varies based on tattoo size, with larger tattoos being more cost-effective. The larger your tattoo is the less is you pay for hour.
7. Client Responsibilities and Liability
Post-tattoo care is crucial, and clients must follow the provided aftercare instructions and manufacturer guidelines for any used products. Clients should disclose any relevant medical or skin conditions. We are not responsible for complications such as allergic reactions or other unforeseen issues.
8. Privacy Policy
Client information is confidential, used solely for record-keeping and compliance with state regulations. It will not be shared externally.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Service will refused to anyone intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or disrupting the shop environment. Our goal is to maintain a safe and respectful space for all guest at our shop.
